What's the most enjoyable thing about your work?
For me, there is nothing more enjoyable or personally satisfying than enabling people to grow, both personaly and professionally.
What is your vision for your business?
A national business growth platform for the smaller end of the business market where people are able to stand on their own two feet and build a business that supports their purpose and desired lifestyle.
If you could give one single piece of advice to a new start up business, what would it be?
Strategy is not for startups! Just go out there and get on with it initially. Network, network, network. Talk to people, work pro quo, get feedback and hone your message and product. Once you have some clients and some results and a reputation of sorts, seek out a business coach and mentor who has been there and done it and invest some time, energy and money in developing a strategy for growth.
