A bit about me...
I am an experienced litigator and work on a variety of commercial disputes both for private individuals and large corporate companies within the UK and internationally, with particular emphasis on:
1. contractual disputes;
2. breach of warranty claims;
3. professional negligence;
4. fraud / misrepresentation;
5. breaches of fiduciary and statutory duties;
6. shareholder disputes; and
7. injunctions and enforcement of judgments (including foreign judgments).
I provide guidance and perspective to clients in an attempt to achieve a commercial and fair settlement whether that be reached through alternative dispute resolution such as mediation or arbitration or, at trial whilst maintaining one eye on costs.
