With over 24 years of experience as an APMQ & Prince 2 qualified project manager, I've successfully delivered high-impact initiatives across government, non-profit, and social value sectors. My portfolio includes transforming the Project Management Office at the National Crime Agency, managing technical workstreams in a £581M Ministry of Defence programme, executing EU Exit contingency planning, and delivering a £4.8M building renovation project.
