A bit about me...
Hi! I'm Emma. I help founder-led businesses and ambitious SMEs to become commercially stronger, operationally calmer and easier to scale or sell and help leaders simplify complexity, make better commercial decisions and build businesses that don't depend entirely on them.
I work in two ways alongside founders and leadership teams: either through a 90-day transformation programme or an ongoing advisory relationship.

I live in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire and love being in the outdoors. I'm a keen mountain biker and hiker and enjoy exploring the UK on two wheels or two feet! I'm also a keen powerlifter and a passionate advocate of the benefits of strength training for women at all life stages.
