Originally from Bath, moved to Bristol in 2003 before settling in Portishead nearly a decade ago — a place I love and have never looked back from.
I have built a reputation for selling and renting high-quality homes in Portishead, Bristol and the surrounding rural areas. Known for her honesty, enthusiasm, and energy, I take pride in providing a bespoke service to my clients, particularly specialising in downsizing — or “rightsizing” as it’s now called.
Understanding the significance of maximising one’s main asset and the potential stress that comes with moving, especially for long-time homeowners, I approach each transaction with a calm disposition and a focus on keeping everything running smoothly.
I am now a property broker with Moveli — a modern, forward-thinking brokerage backed by a large network of experienced estate agents — I have the support and resources to deliver truly exceptional service. The model aligns perfectly with my values, giving me the freedom to focus on clients while benefiting from Moveli’s innovative, collaborative approach, and extensive database of buyers, search agents and brokers across the country.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the countryside around Portishead with my two miniature dachshunds, Lola and Norman. I also find solace in camper van, often taking trips to the South Coast. Tennis is my passion, and I actively participate in the Avon league as a member of the Portishead Tennis Club.
"Whilst the thought of moving house can be exciting, one’s exhilaration is usually tempered by the thought of having to employ an estate agent! This is not so when dealing with Sue who is honest, professional, calm, straight forward and reliable approach is a welcome relief when comparing her with many of her industry colleagues I am sad to say. During our recent dealings there was not even a hint of a fragrant untruth or an obvious fallacy and in short I totally trusted Sue thus I will have no hesitation in recommending her to others, at the very next opportunity.” "

"Hi Sue Just a quick note to say thanks very much with your help in selling Chattenden. It took a while but we got there in the end and both Andrew and I were very grateful for your patience. If we ever need to sell a place again we'll certainly come to you and in the meantime will recommend your services to anyone we learn of that needs to sell a property. All the very best” "

"Dear Sue, I would like to say a Big Thank You for everything you did to help & support me through my recent new home purchase. You were all so friendly and efficient. Always taking time to answer my queries throughout the purchase. I felt relaxed and secure knowing you were doing everything to make sure it all went smoothly to completion. You were ready to help me with my viewings & sometimes at short notice. Even after moving in you were ready & willing to help me out and I am so happy to be in my new home a warm thank you to you. I can highly recommend your services. "

"Sue supported my mother through the selling of her family home of over 50 years. A home that she and my father built. At all times Sue was very understanding, gave very kind and carefully measured advice to enable my mother to come to the right decision about selling her home. Sue always carried everything through promptly and liaised with all parties including solicitors to ensure the home sold smoothly despite a number of obstacles along the way. I have no hesitation in recommending Sue Sadler to guide you through your home sale with kindness and empathy whilst retaining a totally professional approach.” "
