A bit about me...
I help schools in the UK and internationally with their HR and People Operations. I work flexibly and usually under the radar on talent management, recruitment, retention, policy drafting and coaching of HR internal teams. Teachers are the backbone of any school but they need robust systems and procedures that are consistently enforced to ensure they can do their best work and that's where HR comes in. I love what I do.
