I’m a qualified Wellbeing Coach with Senior Practitioner credentials and a professional background in Psychology, Mental Health, and Brain Injury Rehabilitation. As a mum of two energetic boys, I deeply understand the mental load of parenthood, and it’s my joy to help others navigate it with more, resilience, balance, and compassion, through 1:1 sessions together.
I also work with businesses to deliver a bespoke Maternity Return Programme, supporting mothers on maternity leave as they prepare to transition back into the workplace with confidence and clarity. This programme provides a supportive space, practical tools, and tailored guidance to help mothers return to their professional careers wirth confidence, clarity, and balance.
Outside of coaching, I’m a dog lover through and through, a fan of sound baths and meditation, and happiest when escaping to Cornwall with my family to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with nature's healing space.
