I help marketing teams and small businesses simplify their digital operations, from website migrations and system audits to ongoing workflow management.

A bit about me...

Hi, I’m Molly. I'm a digitial marketing & SEO assistant.

I help marketing teams and small businesses simplify their digital operations so everything runs smoothly. With a background in marketing, audience development, and website project oversight, I bridge the gap between strategy and execution — making sure campaigns, systems, and websites actually work the way they’re supposed to.

I thrive on turning complex projects into calm, organized processes. Whether it’s a website migration, a workflow audit, or ongoing operational support, my goal is to help teams feel confident and in control. I’m curious, detail-oriented, and never shy away from figuring out the solution, no matter how tangled the project seems.

When I’m not streamlining digital chaos, you’ll find me enjoying coffee, reading, or plotting my next creative system hack.

A bit more about me

What's the most enjoyable thing about your work?
I love working with passionate people. Their enthusiasm for their life and work radiates an energy that truly inspires me.

What is your vision for your business?
My vision for MollyKoe Ltd. is to create a safe space for knowledge acquisition, new ideas, and creativity. There are many daunting challenges in the world, but no one should have to face them alone.

If you could give one single piece of advice to a new start up business, what would it be?
When starting a new business, project, or simply a new approach, I believe it's essential to move forward with authenticity and to trust your intuition.

Which business person or company do you admire most and why?
Sheryl Sandberg, the former COO of Facebook (now Meta) is someone I really admire in business. When I was in my early 20s, trying to figure out the direction of my career, I read her book "Lean In." It taught me that the specific direction of my career wasn't as important as pursuing it wholeheartedly. Even if I decided to change directions, I could do so with the same enthusiasm and commitment as before.

Which one phrase or quote sums up your attitude to business life?
"A ship in a harbour is safe but that is not what ships are built for."

What made you join WMB and how do you plan to make the most of the network?
I joined WMB because my business and I are new to Bath. I'm looking to connect with like-minded individuals and gain support for my new company. I hope to go on 1-2-1 with all the members of the organization. :)

What do you do at week-ends?
My weekends vary greatly! Every other weekend, when we have my stepson with us, we visit the skatepark at Victoria Park, attend children's birthday parties, or explore a National Trust site. On the weekends without my stepson, my husband and I visit friends, enjoy date nights, or take a trip to London to catch a West End show. We also enjoy hosting parties.

If you were stranded on a desert island, what 2 luxury items would you take?
If I were on a desert island, I’d bring a water purifier and chapstick. The idea of dehydration and dry lips is unbearable to me.

What book are you currently reading?
I'm currently reading "Lady Macbethad" by Isabelle Schuler for myself and working through "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron with my book club.

What book(s) would you recommend?
It's tough to recommend books, but I believe everyone should delve into some of Brene Brown's work; she's an exceptional researcher. Personally, I also find solace in T.S. Eliot's "Four Quartets"—it's my go-to for a mental breather through poetry.

Who's your personal hero and why?
My personal hero is my mom. She was a beautiful, creative, and loving person. Despite her flaws, she approached life with profound enthusiasm and poured the utmost love and care into everything she did.

What is your worst experience in business or work?
None come to mind at the moment. While work has presented its share of challenges and unwelcome developments, I prefer not to dwell on how tough things may seem. Instead, I focus on identifying solutions and forging ahead. Every bad experience and setback is an opportunity for personal and professional growth.

What was your first ever job?
My parents owned their own business specializing in medical instrument and shear sharpening. Looking back, my first job likely involved filing invoices with my mom or sharpening scalpels alongside my dad in his workshop.

Where is your favourite place in the world and why?
This isn't my favorite place in the world, but one memory that comes to mind is standing against a concrete wall overlooking the malecón in Santa Marta, Colombia. I was alone, feeling particularly sorry for myself and eating an orange. Its juices dripped down my arm, leaving me sticky as well as hot and sweaty. As I observed children playing with their parents and couples strolling hand in hand along the sea-wall, I couldn't help but think, "Life is really a beautiful thing."
