A bit about me...

When I first came to the fitness industry a little over 13 years ago, I was - like most people - focused on looks. I quickly realized, though, that the real issue for many women is feeling better: which can mean building strength, addressing imbalances or pain, dealing with issues brought on by pregnancy or menopause, or working towards a performance goal.

Over the years, I've done all of these things myself, and now I help other women do them with a combination of one-to-one personal training, movement coaching, and massage. I've also been featured in Women's Fitness, The Daily Telegraph, and Fabulous magazine, and I love talking about plants.
