A bit about me...
I have over 25 years’ experience in HR and have been a HR Consulant for the last 7 years having previously worked at Director level for over 9 years for a regional Further Education College. My experience includes responsibility for HR across all functions including Resourcing, Relations, Reward and development at both operational and strategic level.
I like to provide practical solutions to people related issues and help with ensuring HR is aligned to organisational objectives. My approach is consultative, practical and balanced between meeting organisational and individual needs.
