As a Person
I have recently moved to Devon from Bath, with my fabulous husband and little cavapoo, Frieda. I love all things health-related and endeavour to walk the talk, whilst being realistic about coffee and cake! I practice Crossfit, paddleboard, walk in nature, throw myself into as much cold water as possible, and love to travel and immerse myself in different cultures and cuisines. I love to challenge myself and keep my brain active with piano playing and continuous learning, and I've recently taken up the drums too!
Professional Accreditations
I graduated from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in 2012 as a Nutritional Therapist, and completed the Institute for Functional Medicine AFMCP module in 2018, as well as certifying as a Health Coach in 2021.
How I Work
Each client receives a complementary 20-minute Discovery Call if needed, where we can discuss the best course of action for her. I may suggest a single consultation, a package of consultations or functional testing such as hormone, blood, stool or genetic testing. I also offer longer one-to-one programmes which include an 8-Week Re-set & Rebalance Programme and the 12-week Metabolic Balance (weight loss and metabolic health) Programme.
I have a 4C approach which includes: Clinical Evaluation, Customised Recommendations, Continuing Care & Support and Customised Resources. This ensure that each woman is treated as an individual and receives a fully customised care plan to address her unique needs.
