Divine Divas Boudoir Photography

Spirit Photographic & Divine Divas Boudoir Photography are all about connection and relationships. Whether it is your relationship with yourself and wanting to fall in love with you, or celebrating your family and all the unique qualities they have.

A bit about me...

I am Jo Menneer, I've lived in Bath for 34 years and been with Neill my husband and partner in crime for 35 years.

Neill has been a photographer all his life and I have done everything from nannying, retail, coaching and now running the business side of the two studios.

We have an amazing small team of photographers & make-up artist who make work even more fun.

We have two grown up children Phoebe and Rupert and a badly behaved scruffy terrier called Jaspa.

A bit more about me

What's the most enjoyable thing about your work?
Helping women transform how they feel about themselves.

What is your vision for your business?
To be the best confidence boosting boudoir studio in the UK

If you could give one single piece of advice to a new start up business, what would it be?
Work for another business so you can learn how to run a business first. Then create a business plan you update and work towards. (Advice I wish I had given myself!)

Which one phrase or quote sums up your attitude to business life?
Under promise and over deliver

What made you join WMB and how do you plan to make the most of the network?
I've avoided networking for years as always saw it as a marketing tool, but as most of the people in networking groups were not working with my avatar it didn't make sense. WMB seems to offer so much more than business leads, there's training and support plus the potential of marketing.

What do you do at week-ends?
Saturday's is a work day when we do family portraits mainly, so Sunday and Mondays are my weekend. I am most likely on a country walk with a pub visit (hopefully that will be a reality soon) and yoga.

If you were stranded on a desert island, what 2 luxury items would you take?
A big hat and lip balm.

What book are you currently reading?
No B.S. Time Management for Entrepreneurs

What book(s) would you recommend?
How to think and grow rich, Napoleon Hill. Don't be put off by the title, I was for years.

What is your worst experience in business or work?
pyscho employee

What was your first ever job?
waitress for a posh catering company

Where is your favourite place in the world and why?
Home, gorgeous views and I love Bath.
