I am a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team at Stone King LLP, specialising in contentious trusts and probate disputes and business contract disputes.
A bit about me...
I represent private individuals such as beneficiaries, executors and trustees, as well as national charities, in connection with all manner of inheritance related disputes and associated reputation management and I have particular experience in dealing with the following:

Claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975;

Disputes relating to the validity of wills and whether a family member is entitled to a share of the estate despite being excluded from the will;

Challenges to the validity of wills on the grounds of testamentary capacity, lack of knowledge and approval, undue influence, fraud and failure to execute;

Professional negligence claims arising from the administration of estates and for negligent drafting of wills;

Concerns about the provision made in wills;

Proprietary estoppel (lifetime promises not followed in wills);

Trustee and membership disputes;
-
Acting for trustees and beneficiaries on business and professional issues in relation to their duties and obligations;

Applications to court for removal and substitution of personal representatives of the estate.
I also have experience in dealing with commercial disputes and act for private individuals and small businesses in connection with a wide variety of business related matters including breach of contract (including termination); director and shareholder disputes; misrepresentation; defamation; debt recovery; bankruptcy and insolvency; property and security finance; professional negligence; injunctions and enforcement of judgments (including foreign judgments).
I have Civil Higher Rights of Audience and am qualified to represent clients at High Court and County Court hearings and hasve extensive experience in negotiation and settlement techniques including ADR, in particular mediation.
I am currently undertaking the ACTAPS qualification.
