Zest Bootcamp

I help busy women over 40 to improve their health and fitness through 1-1 personal training, group exercise classes at Zest Bootcamp, online programmes and wellness retreats.

A bit about me...

23 years ago I was an overweight, stressed out, unfit workaholic who was made redundant from a marketing agency. After travelling in South America I then decided on an unusual career change and retrained as a PERSONAL TRAINER and worked as a freelance personal trainer in The Bath Spa Hotel alongside my mobile 1-1 business. In 2009 I set up Bath's first outdoor bootcamp, Bath Bootcamp which was rebranded to ZEST BOOTCAMP several years ago - we run OUTDOOR GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES in Bath and online. In 2010 I launched my first fitness product the Ztrainer and then the Zbands - both of which we use at bootcamp. I also run an online 12 WEEK SMALL GROUP COACHING programme called Eat Well, Feel Great to help women gain control of their health & wellbeing as well as RETREATS in the UK and abroad to help women over 40 find some space to recharge and revive. I love food and have been one of the Judges for several years at the Nourish Awards. I live near Wells and love music, dance and the colour pink!

Recommendations

"I joined bootcamp when I was at a really low point. I was menopausal and struggling mentally and physically. I can honestly say that Zest bootcamp has changed my life. I am healthier, find it easy to maintain my weight, and am fitter than I've been, not bad at 49! But it also helped me so much with my mental health. Being out in the fresh air at 6.30 am with like minded people and a fantastic instructor who just gets her clients, and is encouraging and motivating is just the best way to start the day! I would ( and have) recommend bootcamp to anyone if any ability to come and give it a go, won't look back!"

"I joined Zest bootcamp about 18 months ago and rarely miss a session. This is because Zita is so encouraging and makes you want to work as hard as you are able. She's a fabulous motivator and I always look forward to each session. I'm in my early 60s and can honestly say that I have never been stronger or fitter. The group dynamics are wonderful and the whole experience is fantastic."

"In July 2013 I was talking to a friend who attends Zita"

"Personal training was a 46th birthday present from my family, who knew I craved to get fitter, healthier and they, rather than me, knew I"

Recommended by Jo - Business Woman

"I became drawn to attending Zest Bootcamp because of Zita's enthusiasm and attention to detail on a physical level. She is always incredibly enthusiastic and supportive, works incredibly hard at keeping us all inspired and focused. I highly recommend her"

Recommended by Laura Rudge - Girl Friday

"Working with Zita for a year now, I've probably been one of her tougher challenges! However, through a combination of huge enthusiasm, high energy and complete positivity Zita can get me to do an hour's hard training on Friday after a long week at work - and feel glad that I've done it! I highly recommend her."

"Finally... Zita is a consummate professional with amazing knowledge and expertise. An hour spent in her presence was both motivating and educational. "
