We are beyond excited to bring our Leadership Teams together for the WMB Leadership Away Day 2026!

This is your time to step away from the everyday… and step into connection, clarity, and inspiration — together.

Set in our stunning new Somerset home, Mad Swans, this year’s venue is something truly special. Described as a “countryside escape for mavericks,” it perfectly reflects the spirit of our community. Expect a beautifully curated space — modern, stylish, warm and welcoming — designed to spark fresh thinking, open conversation, and give you the headspace we all need to grow.

This day is all about elevating our leadership.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to step into the exceptional — in how we lead, support, and show up within WMB.

You can look forward to:

• Inspiring sessions focused on exceptional leadership and growth

• Meaningful opportunities to connect, collaborate and strengthen relationships

• Insight from our Charity of the Year, with ideas on how we can collectively make an even bigger impact

• A blend of presentations, shared learning, and open discussion

And because connection happens beyond the meeting room too…
Before lunch, you’ll have the choice to:

• Have some fun on the pickleball courts.

• Or enjoy a relaxed walk in the surrounding countryside — the perfect setting for fresh air, great conversations, and deeper connection

We’ll then pause to enjoy lunch together — a chance to recharge, reflect and connect.

In the afternoon:

• A special spotlight on our Charity of the Year

• An exciting sneak preview of the new Women Mean Biz brand — including the journey behind the redesign

• Dedicated 1:1 connection time to deepen relationships and conversations

Refreshments and lunch are all included — so you can simply arrive, immerse yourself, and enjoy the experience.

This is more than a meeting. It’s a day to reconnect, refocus, and rise together.
