A bit about me...

Using Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness, I work with you to help Change your Life, whether you want to deal with long standing problematic issues such as anxiety, stress, depression or whether you need help with exams or changing a habit such as smoking or stuttering.

I'm a full time experienced hypnotherapist and I love seeing the change in my clients, enabling them to move forward with their lives in a positive way.

As a therapist and mindfulness practitioner, my main interest is to uncover individuals’ strengths and their own natural ability to grow and heal. Each session is unique, depending on your needs and personality, we will use Solution Focused Therapy, Hypnotherapy and also Coaching, Mindfulness and NLP.

My areas of expertise are:

  • Improve Confidence and Self-Esteem
  • Reduce Anxiety and Stress 
  • Enhance Creativity and Focus (writing, professional artists etc)
  • Support with Change and Transitions (divorce, redundancy, parenthood...)
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrom (IBS)
  • Stop Smoking Plan

My therapy practice is situated in Clifton, Central Bristol in a discreet unbranded building.

What's the most enjoyable thing about your work?
I love seeing people's face change over the weeks, becoming brighter and brighter, especially those weeks when they come in and can't wait to tell me how well they've been doing.

What do you do at week-ends?
Walking in NaturernA bit of cycling and hopefully some canoeing in the summerrnMuseums and various cultural visits

If you were stranded on a desert island, what 2 luxury items would you take?
Define luxury!!! A good quality bed and a shower.
