I am passionate about helping businesses build quality relationships and see their business grow to be successful.

I am an experienced trainer and coach, I use ‘DISC’ profiling to help people to understand their own and others’ behavioural styles.


I use a unique blend of practical activities, ongoing mentoring and accountability measures to create an accelerated learning environment where you will:

With more than 20 years’ training experience in recruitment, communication, customer care, management, and sales, I have helped transform teams. Clients have ranged from small partnerships to large multi-site operations across various marketplaces and worldwide.

I also regularly run workshops, ideal for those in smaller businesses who want to have an insight into how working with me can bring success to achieve results in their careers and personal lives.

What's the most enjoyable thing about your work?
Meeting people and seeing them achieve success.

What is your vision for your business?
We work on a longterm partnership basis with our clients to help them develop teams, change habits and ultimately reach their targets and see results.

If you could give one single piece of advice to a new start up business, what would it be?

My kids, my kids, my kids!
