A bit about me...
After teaching Science and Maths in Further and Secondary Education for many years, I am now CEO of my own business providing social and emotional well-being resources, training and coaching to individuals, families, churches and educational and business organisations. I specialise in neurodiversity, high sensitivity and giftedness. I am a qualified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and Assessor with Six Seconds (the largest Emotional Intelligence organisation in the world). I am also qualified in Spiritual Emotional Intelligence and Trust facilitation working as a partner in collaboration with Organisational Soul Ltd and I'm an active part of the IFB (Interconnectivity, Flow and Balance) Network. Using my expertise and experience in Emotional Intelligence, Non-Violent Communication, Neuroscience, Resilience and Trust Building, Spiritual Connection, Leadership Development and Mindful Self-Compassion, I create custom programs, training and resources for individuals, families, teams and organisations.
