A bit about me...
With over 30 years of experience in the Fintech industry, I am an executive coach who helps individuals to get out of their own way and unlock their true potential. I founded my coaching practice, Creidim Coaching, to reflect my philosophy that belief is at the heart of change. I am certified by Henley Business School and AoEC, and am a member of the International Coaching Federation.
I specialise in leadership and career development working with emerging talent, senior leaders, and C-suite executives to help them increase their performance, achieve their goals, and transform their mindset. I help them to reframe their language, challenge their self-limiting beliefs, and step outside their comfort zone, leading to personal and professional growth.
I am a passionate walker, enjoying the benefits that getting out into nature and into the hills brings to mind and body. I love travel, combining trips with my love of walking and nature. A passionate rugby supporter, I also enjoy Formula 1, and am studying History and Philosophy with the Open University.
