Hi WMB members, it's nice to e-meet you. I am a Business Mentor and Performance Coach and I work with business owners, directors and management teams on strategy, growth, sales and marketing, start-up and making work life productive and happy.
A bit about me...
I'm a Business Mentor and Performance Coach
Coaching works because the power of teamwork kicks in. I combine many years of business experience, with my coaching training and NLP qualification to work alongside my clients and help them to unlock the full potential of their business and of themselves. It's their expertise and passion combined with the prompts,structure and focus of Coaching that makes the difference. Why invest? It gets you where you want to go more quickly and more efficiently. And once you know your direction you gain an energy and an enthusiasm that give you the edge in taking action. And taking action is the bit that makes the difference, that unlocks an enjoyable business that delivers the rewards you want.
We work together on the opportunities for your product or service, the business environment and company strengths. We look at sales, marketing, financials and operations and build proactive strategies and action plans to ensure you are master of your business.
Too support this I also work with my clients to counter areas that may be holding them back personally, such as confidence, imposter syndrome, procrastination, stress or imbalanced work/life. Coaching really does help you to be and feel more powerful.

I am also passionate about sustainable business, which was at the heart of my own company, and now features in a lot of the work I do with clients, in setting up and advising on a sustainability strategy. Sustainable businesses increasingly have the edge.
My work portfolio includes coaching clients and freelance work where I offer business development - sales and marketing - as a flexible, cost effective alternative to a full-time hire.
Outside of work I moved to Bath in 2021 and have been enjoying the fabulous city, countryside and friendly people ever since. I am married and I have two daughters who live in Bristol, close but not too close! Thank you for reading and I look forward to meeting, Jackie
