A bit about me...

Most of us lead hectic lives. By the time we've done everything we HAVE to do it can feel as though there's little time left for us, our families and our friends. Your garden can be a place where you escape the chaos of daily life, a place of sanity, giving you room to breathe, feel the sun, connect with nature and relax.

I’m Sue Parry, a professional garden designer based in Dursley in Gloucestershire, on the edge of the Cotswolds. I work in and around Dursley, across Gloucestershire and sometimes further afield.

I spent many years putting my physics degree to good use whilst working as a technical specialist in the nuclear industry. Gardening was always a hobby for me and a way to escape from the pressures of work and the stresses and strains of everyday life.

I decided to take control and turn my passion into a career and seized the opportunity to spend a year studying for my Professional Garden Design Diploma at the Cotswold Gardening School in Gloucestershire.

I help clients transform their gardens into a space that works for them, a space they can get out into, use, relax and enjoy all year round. It’s all about helping them to make the most of their outdoor space.

I like to work closely with my clients, involving them at every stage of the design and translating their ideas and dreams into a bespoke design that will give them a garden that really works for them.

My final plans will give you everything you need to be able to build your new garden.
