Let's face it, business owners or managers would much prefer to be running their business and making money rather than having to deal with problem employees. Instead of simply telling businesses what they can or can't do, I can help by giving practical, uncomplicated advice, tailored to their needs.
I can also make sure they're sorted for the future, whether that's as they take on staff, preparing employment contracts, policies and procedures and offering a fixed cost retainer service.
I also advise businesses on redundancy exercises, disciplinary and grievance procedures and dealing with capability issues.
