Hello, I'm Cathy Dean. My mission in life is to inspire and empower people so that they can lead better lives and in turn inspire and empower the people they love to do the same.
I have 2 businesses that allow me to do that:
If you want any part of your life to be better than it is now check out either of these pages and get in touch. There's no better day than today to get started on building your better life.
So who am I?
I’m a woman of a certain age and I’ve been through most of the things that women face in life. I’m a mother and a wife, a daughter and a sister and a grandmother. I’ve been divorced, bereaved and depressed (not necessarily in that order) and I’ve recovered from a serious illness. I’ve coped with stress, trauma and uncertainty and I’ve come through it all knowing that I have the strength and courage to face whatever life throws at me.
After a 25 year career in the civil service I decided to go solo in at the end of 2009 and since then my focus has been on inspiring and empowering people to achieve their full potential in life and in business with my unique blend of coaching, mentoring, teaching, NLP, TA and other skills.
My work combines my specialist experience in Change Management, Cultural Change, Management and Leadership Development and Coaching, with my skills acquired from the successful completion of a Certificate in Coaching Skills from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the personal knowledge and wisdom I’ve gained throughout my life.
My lovely clients have variously described me as their “fairy godmother”, a “genius” and “better than any therapist I’ve ever worked with”.
”Cathy has walked the walk and can therefore talk the talk. She is experienced, intuitive, funny and down to earth, with an innate ability to ask the ‘right’ questions. Her skill is not ‘new age’ it is human and responsive, harnessing the power of listening to the benefit of her clients.” Pauline, Company Director, Oxfordshire
“I recommend Cathy absolutely. If you’re considering working with her my advice to you would be to stop wasting time and get started! And as for value for money – I’m not sure you can put a price on discovering what’s been holding you back from being the most unique and amazing you” Stella, Wiltshire
