A bit about me...

I'm Hils, The Business Alchemiste and I’m a Position Elevation Strategist and Unique Magic Activator.

I have a business studies degree and a background in marketing, something like 17 years in the beauty industry in Brand Management and Business Development. But it wasn't it alignment with my values.

Through my own deep, transformational, personal growth and healing journey, I got hooked on personal growth. I retrained in various personal development modalities (The Art of Feminine Presence, Heart IQ, EFT, NLP and, more recently, The Conscious Energy Clearing Method) and started my own business – in 2012. For the 1^st 3 years of my business, I was a personal growth facilitator, particularly focusing on empowering women to be more authentic and confident, to own their space and shine their light.

A bit by accident I learned how to be a business coach, and in 2015 I brought everything together to mentor businesswomen by combining practical strategy, business development and magnetic marketing, with the inner work required to grow an aligned and authentic business.

Now I help established, ambitious, soulful coaches and healers doing transformational work online to grow their revenue while doing their soul work. I help them truly believe in themselves and their magic and guide them through the tricky transition to uncover their soul-aligned niche and elevate their positioning, offers and messaging, so they are seen as experts and attract premium, aligned clients paying premium prices.

I live with my lovely partner, young son and cute cat in Backwell near Bristol. I love nature and natural living, ecstatic dancing, gardening (particularly growing food), crafting, being witchy and seeing my friends.
