A bit about me...
Aspirations is a Therapy & Personal Development practice established by Gayle Vaatstra - Dip.Hyp. MHS. NRH in Cwmbran. Gayle specialises and is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, who also has professional experience in excess of 20 years in personal development, training and coaching; she has worked in these areas across both the private and public sectors in both the UK and across Europe. Gayle's main practice is in Hollybush, Cwmbran, South Wales (Nr. Newport). Gayle gained her extensive experience within both the SME sector and the Corporate Sales sector working for Blue chip companies in roles that included Corporate Account Manager, National Sales Manager & National Training Manager. She also worked in the education sector for the then Gwent Tertiary College now Coleg Gwent in their Business Development Unit, for 9 years. During this time she further enhanced her own personal development becoming a qualified business Trainer & Transnational Project Manager. Gayle also qualified in 2004 with a Diploma in Hypnotherapy. Whilst all of these life experiences and skills are diverse and eclectic, they give Gayle the unique and grounded background experience and training skills that she utilises today to help others move forward within their own lives.
