Choose2Flourish Ltd

I'm passionate about helping smart savvy women flourish in their careers through building their competence, confidence and courage to achieve the flexible, rewarding lifestyles they desire.

A bit about me...

After over 12 years as sustainable behaviour change specialist and Senior Manager working for Central Government and a UK Charity, I established 'Choose2Flourish' to enable me to focus on what I love best - helping people transform their mindset and resulting behaviours so that they can truly thrive in their lives.

I've made a number of successful transitions in my career, including moving from teaching to running my own youth expeditions company, becoming a project manager and moving into senior management, each time fine-tuning my inner game to build my courage and confidence to follow my values and heart-felt passions.  Like any working mother, I juggle business with family and having now just seen my youngest start school, I'm ready now to focus on my business goals and aspirations.

As well as coaching on a 1-2-1 and group basis, in person and online, I'm a Tutor for  Leadership & Management and Facilities Management, for The Business School, MOL Training, Manchester College and I am a Course Tutor for the CPD Masters in Sustainable Built Environment at Oxford University. Both keep alive my interests in sustainability, and with this hat on, I am also an Associate Consultant for the Schumacher Insitute in Systems Thinking, a 'think and do' tank, also based here in Bristol.

I'm currently getting ready to launch my first E-Zine, 'Choose 2 Flourish', which will share top tips, tools and resources for anyone looking to build their competance, confidence and courage to become the person they dream of being, thriving in a career they love and enjoying the work-life balance they crave. You can sign up for that on my website and whilst you're there, do read what my clients have to say about working with me. I offer a free, 20 minute consultation session for anyone interested in exploring how I can help them.  I look forward to meeting you at future Women Mean Biz events.
